The West Jakarta continues to intensify the cleaning of storm drains in Cenkareng and Kembangan sub-districts during the rainy season.

Road and Bridge Division Head, Khairul Imam expressed the storm drain cleaning was focused on Jalan Outer Ring Road, Cengkareng Urban Village, Cengkareng Sub-district.
"Especially on Jalab Outer Ring Road, it is done up to 200 meters, starting from Jalan Cenderawasih Raya to Seribu Ruko area," he expressed, Saturday (12/2).

"Storm drains on Jalan Kembangan Raya are cleaned up to 200 meters long, starting from Gulkarmat Sector IV Kembangan Post to intersection of Permata Buana Complex Housing," he expressed.
He added it was intensified to face the rainy season.
"Hopefully, it can smoothen the flow of water from the storm drains toward channels in order to minimize flooding," he hoped.
