BPKAD Received 24 Complaints Related to TKD

Jakarta Asset and Financial Management Body (BPKAD) received complaints from 24 civil servants related to the regional performance allowance (TKD) disbursement. It was sent to SMS service center through SMS (short message service).

Head of BPKAD, Heru Budi Hartono stated, TKD of January has been paid to civil servants. But for staffs, TKD is firstly disbursed 50 percent. While for echelon IV to echelon I officials have received TKD fully. "There are 24 civil servants who send the message. Most of them complain about installment," said Hartono, Monday (3/30).

Call center was made regarding he received SMS from civil servants related to TKD. Seeing many SMS, then he opened SMS center to accept civil servants' TKD problem on last Monday (3/25).

Civil Servant's TKD Disbursement Postponed

During a week, there are 24 civil servants sending a message to the SMS Center. According to him, most of them complained about motorbike, house installment and the other things related to civil servant's necessity. They hoped that TKD would be disbursed immediately thus they can pay those installment. "They hope TKD disbursement won't be late thus we can pay house installment," he expressed.

As known, BPKAD is opening SMS center service for civil servants complaints related to TKD. It is numbered 0812 6000 0304. It serves the complaint from civil servants who include a clear identity.

"Eventually, for SMS TKD complaint, we oblige civil servants to mention their identity such as NIP, NIK and which SKPD they work for. If they mention it, it will simplify us to process their complaints," he disclosed.
