PNS DKI Batal Terima 50 Persen TKD Pekan Ini

Civil Servant's TKD Disbursement Postponed

The civil servants under Jakarta Provincial Government seem have to wait more for regional performance allowance (TKD) that formerly will be disbursed 50  percent in January-February. However, it is cancelled due to wait the 2015 city budget discussion.

Since there is no the legal aspects, TKD could not be disbursed

Head of Jakarta Employment Agency, Agus Suradika confirmed, the disbursement of TKD is cancelled in this week as there is no the legal aspects thus it still has to wait for 2015 city budget evaluation from the Home Affairs Ministry.

"Since there is no the legal aspects, TKD could not be disbursed," said Suradika, at City Hall, Tuesday (3/10).

Suradika told, the cancelation was because Jakarta Government is still trying to use 2015 city budget as it is still adapted from the existing budget ceiling. "The TKD is on the budget plan. We just need to wait the evaluation from the Ministry," he added.

He appealed to the civil servants to be patient and keep on their duties. If city budget has been discussed then TKD would be disbursed immediately. "We will try it will be finished immediately" he promised.

According to him, the civil servants will get the basic salary and functional allowance during January-February yet the dynamic or static TKD still could not be given. "Salary and allowance has been paid except TKD," he disclosed.
