City Opens Line Complaint of Transjakarta Flyover Project

Bored file project of Transjakarta Flyover Corridor XI route Kapten Tendean-Ciledug-Blok-M which is being conducting on Kebayoran Lama, Taman Puring and Jalan Kapten Tendean, makes the traffic around the location is stuck due to narrowing road.

Being aware of the condition, Jakarta Binamarga Department initiated to open complaints service for capital citizens, especially for road users who are affected by the mass transportation project. 

"We have opened line complaint since ground breaking (first milestone). If there is a report or complaint, it can be reported to our line complaint. The complaint line is connected with TMC Polda, so it's real time," said Head of Jakarta Bina Marga's Overpass and Intersection Department, Heru Suwondo, Wednesday (4/1).

Suwondo explained, the citizens' complaints could be sent through social media and phone line. Road users could send their complaints to facebook account Jalan layang Tendean-Blok M-Ciledug, or twitter account @jalanlayangcmt

"We're also opening line complaint by phone and SMS at 0812-2567-8961. On the social media line complaint, we announce update of the project and schedule," he uttered. 

According Suwondo, the bored file process is targeted to complete in six months, which fall Next August 2015. It used road space around 6 meters thus it makes narrowing road. 

"It makes congestion along Mampang-Kuningan-Gatot Subroto. After it's done, there will be no more narrowing road," he disclosed. 

He added, when the bored file complete, next project are construction of file cap which is followed by installing pier, pier head and box. 

"We hope in the early year we have done all the upper project of flyover, thus it does not disrupt the traffic," he disclosed.
