The Central Jakarta Administration received the handover of land obligations for social and public facilities (Fasos Fasum) from the developer of Holland Village Apartments, Cempaka Putih, Tuesday (1/9).

Signing of the Minutes of Handover (BAST) of asset obligations was in the form of vacant land and road infrastructure construction, in accordance with PT's land use designation permit (SIPPT). It was held in the Meeting Room of the Central Jakarta Mayor's Office.
Central Jakarta Mayor, Dhany Sukma said the asset received was an empty plot of land on the east side of the Holland Village Building covering an area of 6,117 square meters and 3,805 square meters of road infrastructure construction land.

Central Jakarta Economy and Development Assistant, Bakwan Ferizan Ginting added the land handed over was land designated for green belts and road infrastructure land. In the future, the designation of the land assets handed over would not be changed and would be in accordance with the initial designation.
From the handover made by the new developer was in the form of land. As for the construction part would be handed over to the second stage later.
