Heru Appreciates Developer Acceleration Submitting Fasos-Fasum

The Acting Jakarta Governor, Heru Budi Hartono, appreciated the acceleration of fulfilling obligations for social facilities and public facilities (fasos-fasum) in the capital city. He also welcomed the signing of the Official Report of Handover (BAST) for the fulfillment of social and public facilities obligations from developers holding Land Use Designation Permits (SIPPT), Land Use Permits (IPPT), and Space Utilization Principle Permits (IPPR) to the Jakarta Provincial Government.

Heru said Jakarta will keep tighten the cooperation with the institution and developer to make sure that social and public facilities have met the standard, also give benefit for residents.

"Thanks to the developers. It will be cooperated with Jakarta National Land Board (BPN) and Land Office at five administration areas. I appreciate the SIPPT Holders for submitting this, and our Regional Units for the support," Heru said in a press release, Tuesday (1/16).

Heru added that the simplification of social and public facilities administration procedures can now be completed in one working day, marked by the recording of social and public facilities assets on the user's Regional Apparatus Goods Inventory Card (KIB).

"I give the certificate of merit for the SIPPT/IPPT/IPPR holders for the achievement, and also to five mayors and one regent for their success collecting obligation to the developers," he added.

In the period of October to December 2023, Jakarta Provincial Government has succeeded in collecting 22 BAST of social and public facilities obligations from 18 developers with a total value of Rp 17.35 trillion. It consisting of land hand over by 522,740 square meters worth Rp 17.17 trillion, area construction by 132,728 square meters worth Rp 141.78 billion and SP3L worth Rp 37.15 billion.

Those 22 BAST are 3 in South Jakarta by Rp 12.51 trillion, 7 in West Jakarta by Rp 1.53 trillion, 3 in East Jakarta by Rp 510 billion, 3 in Central Jakarta by Ro 339 billion, and 1 in Seribu Island by Rp 98 billion.

Then, during January to December 2023, 84 BAST worth Rp 23.91 trillion have been completed. Those are land handover by 1,066,187 square meters worth Rp 23.46 trillion and construction by 626.209 square meters worth Rp 464.2 billion. In details are:

- South Jakarta, 14 BAST worth Rp 14.458 trillion by 321,757 square meters

- North Jakarta, 17 BAST wortg Rp 3.596 trillion by 429,482 square meters

- West Jakarta, 25 BAST worth Ro 3.389 trillion by 680,741 square meters

- East Jakarta, 14 BAST worth Rp 1.368 trillion by 123,889 square meters

- Seribu Island, 3 BAST worth Rp 162.221 billion by 104,438 square meters.

Heru reminded the regional units to remain collect the remaining obligations together with related units.
