131,288 High School Students will Conduct UN

As many as 131,288 students of SMA/SMk/MA in the capital are ready to do National Exam(UN) that will be held on April 13-15 2015. 

This year there are 131, 288 SMA students which conduct National Exam

Head of Jakarta Education Department, Arie Budhiman stated, those students are from 1,148 schools in Jakarta. In detail, 146 SMA (51,294 students), 596 SMK (64,314 students) and 91 MA (5,780 students). "This year there are 131,288 SMA students which conduct National Exam," said Budhiman, Wednesday (4/8).

According to Budhiman, printing UN question texts are conducted by Education and Cultural Ministry (Kemendikbud) in Surabaya. It will be sent to Jakarta on April 10 and will arrive in the next day. "The question texts will be distributed from Surabaya on April 10 and arrive in Jakarta in the next day at 3 AM," he uttered. 

30 Schools Ready for Online National Exam

When the question texts arrive, it will be distributed to five areas and Kepulauan Seribu Regency one rayon in each. To anticipate the leakage of the question text, the distribution will be guarded by polices. "Teleconference with Kemendikbud will be held in one of rayon points that is SMK 26. Afterwards, the question texts will be transported to each Sub Rayon carried by PT Pos Indonesia and guarded by polices, school supervisor, and official of sub department," he explained. 

To assure the safety of the text , today one of officers from Education Department will be going to Surabaya to check the final text which will be put in the truck before being sent to Jakarta. "Our staff will be going to Surabaya for checking the final text before they are put in the truck, recording the truck plate number, name and phone number of the driver. It is conducted to make sure the safety of the question texts," he asserted. 

Budhiman claimed he has formed National Exam committee ranging from sub rayon to province level. Besides that, his side also has conducted a simulation of distribution readiness thus it will go smoothly, safe, and confidential.While for the students, they have been trained for 2 times."We're also coordinating with Metro Jaya Regional Police to raise the security," he disclosed.
