"Existing proposals will be discussed in more depth in the urban village. Those that have not been accommodated must find the root of the problem and there must be a solution," he expressed.
East Jakarta City Regional Development Planning Sub-agency Head, Tulus Ludiyo Setiawan added the implementation of Musrenbang at the urban village level will start on Monday (2/26) next week until March 5 and will continue with Musrenbang at the sub-district level on March 7.
"This session is part of the Musrenbang kick off which is carried out in a hybrid manner," he explained.
According to him, it has been carried out from January 2 to 21. As a result, there were 3,076 activity proposals from 708 RWs in 65 urban villages, with details of 2,465 physical proposals and 611 material proposals.
"2,465 physical proposals have been identified through parallel technical surveys, from January 2 to March 9," he continued.
Jakarta DPRD's Commission E Member, Muhammad Thamrin revealed his party was ready to bridge residents with regional organizations to find the best solution regarding residents' proposals that were difficult to accommodate.
"We need to sit down together to find the best solution for the benefit of society," he stated.
