Deputy Mayor Iin Opens Plenary Session of Integrated Sub-district Musrenbang in Ciracas

East Jakarta Deputy Mayor, Iin Mutmainah, opened the plenary session and kicked off the start of the Sub-district and Urban Village Integrated the Musrenbang (Regional Development Planning Forums), Wednesday (2/22).

This activity, which was held in a hybrid manner in the hall of the Ciracas Sub-district office, was attended by Jakarta DPRD's Commission E Member, Muhammad Thamrin and was attended by sub-district heads, urban village heads, RW/RT heads, LMK, PKK, and other stakeholders.

According to him, physical proposals such as repairing damaged roads, building water channels and others, were still the priority. Because the geographical conditions of East Jakarta require infrastructure improvements.

Then the children's forum also proposed that they be given a platform to hold positive activities and be involved in government program activities. Thus, East Jakarta's title as a Child-Friendly City could continue to be maintained.

"Existing proposals will be discussed in more depth in the urban village. Those that have not been accommodated must find the root of the problem and there must be a solution," he expressed.

East Jakarta City Regional Development Planning Sub-agency Head, Tulus Ludiyo Setiawan added the implementation of Musrenbang at the urban village level will start on Monday (2/26) next week until March 5 and will continue with Musrenbang at the sub-district level on March 7.

"This session is part of the Musrenbang kick off which is carried out in a hybrid manner," he explained.

According to him, it has been carried out from January 2 to 21. As a result, there were 3,076 activity proposals from 708 RWs in 65 urban villages, with details of 2,465 physical proposals and 611 material proposals.

"2,465 physical proposals have been identified through parallel technical surveys, from January 2 to March 9," he continued.

Jakarta DPRD's Commission E Member, Muhammad Thamrin revealed his party was ready to bridge residents with regional organizations to find the best solution regarding residents' proposals that were difficult to accommodate.

"We need to sit down together to find the best solution for the benefit of society," he stated.
