KI - Dinkes Agrees to Socialize KIP in RSUDs and Health Centers

The Information Commission and the Jakarta Health Agency (Dinkes) have agreed to work together to socialize Public Information Openness (KIP) in all regional hospitals and community health centers.

This synergy was agreed upon when the Education, Socialization and Advocacy Head for Jakarta KI, Aang Muhdi Gozali, held an audience at the Jakarta Health Agency office.

"We hope to be able to coordinate PPID RSUD and Health Center in Jakarta, thus it is more optimal and ready for Monev 2024," he expressed in his written statement, Tuesday (2/28).

He explained this monitoring activity is an effort to improve public bodies so they would be better prepared for the Monev 2024.

"As well as, increasing awareness for the Health sector in managing public information," he explained.

Then as many as 12 RSUDs types A and B were included in the implementation of Monev 2023. As a result, four received the title of inadequate and uninformative.

"The e-Monev 2024 will include all RSUDs types A to D and Health Centers coordinated by the Jakarta Health Agency," he explained.

Jakarta Health Agency's General Sub-agency Head, Mabruri said his party already had plans to strengthen public information services.

"We're very happy about the visit from the Jakarta Information Commission. The momentum is right, the Jakarta Health Agency plans to hold outreach for RSUD and Health Center," he stated.
