Culinary Bazaar Enlivens Cap Go Meh Celebration at TMII

The culinary bazaar which was packaged at the Taman Imlek Indonesia Bersate event, brightened up the celebration of Cap Go Meh (15 after Chinese New Year or Imlek) at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII). The activity takes place from Friday (1/3) until Sunday (3/3) the day after tomorrow.

Various satays are served in this event

TMII Presidental Director, Claudia Ingkiriwang expressed that apart from the bazaar, various culinary activities were held at the Plaza Promenade in front of the D.I. Pavilion. Yogyakarta is also enlivened with musical performances, dancing fountain attractions, and so on.

"Various satays are served in this event, such as Maranggi Sate, Seafood Sate, Tegal Sate, and other foods," she said, Friday (3/1).

According to her, the Bersate Indonesia Chinese New Year Park Festival was held to close the series of Chinese New Year celebrations. This moment is believed to be very suitable for visitors who want to have a picnic while enjoying culinary delights with Indonesian cultural nuances.

TMII Public Relations Section Head, Novera Mayang added during the Taman Imlek Indonesia Bersate event, TMII operational hours were open from 5 AM to 10 AM.

"To avoid queues at the entrance gate, visitors are expected to purchase tickets online via the tiket.tamanmini.com website," she concluded.
