Jakarta Provincial Government selectively implements work from home in order to following up on the Circular Letter (SE) of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) Number 1 of 2024 concerning Adjustments to the Work System of State Civil Service Employees in Government Agencies After National Holidays and Joint Leave for Idul Fitri 1445 Hijriah.

Jakarta Regional Apparatus Board Head, Maria Qibtya, said work from home is applied for civil servant conducting homecoming and for those who do not give direct service to the society.

"It is applied for civil servant with tasks that can be carried out through digital media/applications, in addition to essential sectors such as health services, security and order, disaster management, energy, transportation, basic utilities, and similar. They can work from home from April 16-17, 2024," she said, Monday (4/15).

Maria added that they are required to implement a number of rules, such as reporting attendance via mobile attendance and reporting daily performance achievements to their direct leaders via the e-TPP (Employee Additional Income) information system.

"Heads of Regional/Bureau Apparatus to ensure that the implementation of WFH does not interfere with achieving organizational performance goals and targets by optimizing the role of direct leaders to carry out supervision," she stated.
