Jakarta Provincial Government conducts early land data collection that will be acquired for road access parallel to Pasar Minggu rail track in Pejaten Timur Urban Village, Pasar Minggu Sub-district, South Jakarta.

Jakarta Setdaprov's Head of Complaint Group for Land Procurement Secretariate Team, Agus Saputra, said the early data collection is aimed to ensure ownership of 121 plots of land based on data claimed to be owned by 161 entitled parties with road rows of 15, 18, 20 and 23 meters and a length of 1,872 meters.

He added that the data collection is targeted to complete in one day. It will be continued by inviting land owners in public consultation on May 8 at Pasar Minggu Sport Center.

Meanwhile, Pejaten Timur Urban Village Head, Rocky A Tarigan, admitted almost all resident at RW 06, 07, and 08 agree with the parallel road construction. It was based on several meetings that have been held before.
According to him, there are still three fields that have not agreed and six fields have not responded. The three areas that did not agree had various reasons, ranging from price agreements, feeling that their house was a keepsake, to being confused about finding another place to live around Jakarta.
"As the government apparatus, we hope the process will run smooth. Some of residents also have been waiting this road widening process," he continued.
RT 06/07 Head, Pejaten Timur Urban Village, Ruri (49) stated the residents' land acquisition stages are going well because in principle they support it.
"On behalf of the residents, I would like to express my gratitude for the support from the local government which continues to accompany the residents," he stated.
