Head of South Jakarta BNN, AKBP Ricky Yanuarfi claimed, his party brought narcotest tool which can release the test result in a short time. "The narcotest tool have 5 parameters. And in a short time can release the test result with 80 percent accuracy," he disclosed.
After urine test conducted, 3 out of 6 dorm occupants tested positive. "There are 2 men and 1 woman positively using drugs. One of them is contained of marijuana, ecstasy, and methamphetamine," he uttered.
Nevertheless, he continued, they do not need to have legal process. "They must report to BNN, and they will be programmed for rehabilitation," he disclosed.
