As many as 15 PPSU personnel were deployed to clean waste on water channel of RW 03, Tegal Alur Urban Village, Kalideres Sub-district, West Jakarta.

Tegal Alur Urban Village Head, Dwi Kurniasih, said the personnel clean the channel with width 40 cm up to 120 cm.
"The area of RT 01/03 are often inundated during heavy rain and tidal wave. As a result, there is also a lot of rubbish in the water channels such as wooden branches, plastic, leaves and mud carried by the water flow," she said, Wednesday (6/12).

Meanwhile, Muhammad Muslimin (65), resident of RT 01/03, Tegal Alur Urban Village, appreciated and thanked for the effort run by the personnel.
"Hopefully the channel will flow the water smoothly to minimize inundation during heavy rain and tidal wave," he hoped.
