2,725 Passengers Arrive at Pulogebang Terminal

As many as 2,725 passengers arrived at the Pulogebang Integrated Terminal, Cakung, East Jakarta, Wednesday (6/19) morning. Those were dominated by Jakarta residents who had just enjoyed the Idul Adha holiday in their hometown.

This number will continue to increase until this afternoon

Pulogebang Integrated Terminal Deputy Squad Commander, badman Harahap said the figure of 2,725 passengers was collected from 11 PM to 9 AM.

Those arrived using 396 fleets from West Java, Central Java, East Java, and its surrounding areas, such as Cirebon, Semarang, Tegal, Pekalongan, Purwokerto, Surabaya, Madiun, and others.

"This number will continue to increase until this afternoon," he expressed.

Meanwhile, the number of departures today was recorded as only 304 passengers using 58 AKAP buses. Predictably, during the school holidays, the volume of passengers departing and arriving at this terminal would keep increasing.

His party did not make special preparations to welcome the school holidays. However, the Health Post service will remain available 24 hours every day, including security with 22 private security officers plus 22 Transportation Agency officers and two personnel from the army (TNI)/police.

Just before Idul Adha holiday yesterday, the peak departure at this terminal was seen on Friday (6/14) with the number of passengers reaching 6,986 people. They departed using a fleet of 552 AKAP buses with most destinations being Madura, Surabaya, Ponorogo, and its surrounding areas.

As for the number of arrivals on the same day was 1,161 passengers with 293 fleets.
