Based on information gathered, this incident started when an employee lit a match and it hit a glove, then the glove was thrown onto flammable items in the warehouse.

In this incident, it was reported that one person suffered minor burns while helping to extinguish the fire. The losses suffered are estimated at Rp 100 million.

One of the employees, Salfa (36), appreciated the quick response of the fire handling sub-agency personnel.
