PT Transjakarta collaborates with the University of Indonesia (UI) through PT Usaha Indonesia Advisory to present new facilities that can be enjoyed by customers, namely, health centers at bus stops and a Digital Ticket Payment system in the TJ: Transjakarta application.
It is also expected to improve the quality of Jakarta residents' lives
This collaboration is stated in the Cooperation Agreement (PKS) signed by PT Transportasi Jakarta CEO, Welfizon Yuza, and Assets and HR Vice Chancellor for University of Indonesia, Dedi Priadi, as well as witnessed directly by Jakarta BUMD Development Agency Head, Nasrudin Djoko Surjono.
It is then continued with the signing of Level 2 Cooperation signed directly by PT Transjakarta's Business and Asset Utilization Director, Fadli Hasan, and PT Usaha Indonesia Advisory Director, Firdaus Rosean Rony.
Transjakarta Extends Corridor 14 (JIS - Senen) RouteJakarta BUMD Guidance Agency Head, Nasrudin Djoko Surjono explained this breakthrough is in order to improve services to Transjakarta customers. Hopefully, this major innovation was able to improve the quality of services to the community, especially in the health sector.
We from the Jakarta Provincial Provincial Government are very enthusiastic because the breakthrough made by Transjakarta CEO is indeed out of the box. So, beyond my expectations, it's usually just bus transportation. We hope this collaboration is a step forward in the commitment to provide great benefits for transportation and lifestyle needs in Jakarta," he expressed, at Torasi Bus Stop, Central Jakarta, Thursday (8/29).
PT Transjakarta CEO, Welfizon Yuza uttered this collaboration was carried out with a value-for-value approach. One form of cooperation that will be made soon is to make the Thamrin Bus Stop the first pilot bus stop where a health center will be built with a focus on mental health.
"So offering value, later getting financial benefits and those benefits will be returned to customers. Transjakarta is one example of a social enterprise where the benefits will be returned in the form of benefits to customers," he explained.
According to him, other collaborations made were to enter the digital world. As the initial breakthrough, it was the payment system on the TJ: Transjakarta application.
"The next is Tije Pay payments, which are planned to be launched in September 2024," he continued.
HR Vice Chancellor for University of Indonesia, Dedi Priadi hoped that such collaboration could bring about sustainable positive impacts following the Transjakarta Bersih, Berdaya, Bestari program.
"Besides developing our research ecosystem, it is also expected to improve the quality of Jakarta residents' lives. This synergy will encourage positive corporate values and provide a direct impact on sustainable development targets," he stated.
