The activity, packaged in the form of a Morning Talk Show (Ngopi), was initiated by the Duren Sawit Sub-district One-Stop Integrated Investment Service Management Unit (UP PMPTSP). It was opened directly by the Sub-district Head, Kelik Sutanto.
According to Kelik, the Ngopi Talk Show program is an innovation of UP PMPTSP in an effort to improve the quality of service to the community.

Duren Sawit Sub-district's UP PMPTSP Head, Wachid Wahyudi explained the launch of this free architectural drawing service program follows up on Jakarta PMPTSP Agency Head's Decree Number e-018 dated April 2024 on free engineering drawing design services for permits.
According to him, the program was launched on August 25 at East Flood Canal. Then on August 30, the first service was held at DP 0 Flats in Samawa Pondok Kelapa.
He uttered this free architectural drawing service is only for buildings with a maximum land area of 200 square meters. If the land area is only 60 square meters, then an architectural drawing can be made for three floors.

One of the residents, Supriyadi (51) admitted he was very happy with the free architectural drawing service. Because it saves the cost of managing the IMB.
"Moreover, the drawing also includes a complete mechanical engineering (ME) installation design using three-dimensional drawings," he said.
