Setiabudi Sub-district UP3D's Service and Determination Implementer Unit Head, Zulfitri, said the socialization material provided was related to Jakarta Regional Regulation No 16/2024 about the Provision of Relief, Reduction, and Exemption, as well as Ease of Payment of PBB-P2 in 2024.

"This synergy activity with ITC Kuningan management was attended by 30 participants," he said, Monday (9/9).

Zulfitri explained that this socialization is one of the efforts to raise and grow public awareness of the importance of paying regional taxes and levies.

"Hopefully, tenant or apartment owners who are Taxpayers here can understand the contents of the Governor's Regulation and the changes to the rules that we convey. So, awareness to pay taxes is getting higher," he explained.

Meanwhile, one of ITC Kuningan apartment owners, Surya (60), admitted that this socialization was very helpful in obtaining information regarding tax payment policies, starting from their classification to the relief policies that could be applied for.

"The information provided is very clear. The questions we asked were also answered well, easy to understand and comprehend," he said.
