TMB Swadaya Construction Reaches 72 PercentHe admitted there are still many stages being worked on at the location, including the construction of a 26-square-meter guard post and a 1.5 x 20-meter pedestrian bridge.
Then the construction of a 400-square-meter pedestrian area that can be used as a jogging track with a base using paving blocks equipped with directional tiles for the disabled.
He explained the park would have a waterfront plaza as a relaxation and sports area for visitors and also a fitness outdoor and a children's playground.
For lighting the park area, there would also be 11 pedestrian lights and four spotlights. These lights would be installed in the waterfront plaza, guard post, and rump or heavy equipment access to the wet track measuring about 4x20 square meters.
"Also a 67.68-square-meter shelter can be used as a rest area for visitors," he explained.
Setu Biru TMB Job Executor, Jefri added so far there are no technical obstacles in the work. It is just that access to the location is narrow, so they have to be extra careful when bringing materials into the Embung Koco area. There is only one access to the location via Jalan H. "We also installed river stone gabions in the wet line area on the east side of Embung Koco, eight traps each 42 meters long," he uttered.
He added once the physical work was completed, his party would plant several plants at once, starting from Mini Elephant Grass, Fan Banana Trees, and Parahiba.
Then ornamental plants type Ararea, Honje Belang, Philo Jari, Philo Marbel, Kucai, Alang-alang Merah, Alang-alang Hijau, Typha Angustifolia, Melati Air, Siklok, and Lee Kwan Yew.
