Rusmana added, the farmers in Rorotan divide growing season in their farms so they can optimize the water supply.
"Because the water is limited, the farmers only plant in a part of their farms and plant in other part for the next growing season," told Rusmana.
The technique, Rusmana continued, also have a risk because the difference of growing season could invite pests such as rats.
