The Jakarta administration appreciates Polda Metro Jaya's performance in maintaining security and public order (Kamtibmas).

It was conveyed by Jakarta Government Assistant, Sigit Wijatmoko when he attended the Polda Metro Jaya's 75th Anniversary.

According to him, the Jakarta administration was committed to continue working together with Polda Metro Jaya and Kodam Jaya, along with other elements of Forkopimda to maintain Kamtibmas.

"Hopefully, we can give the best public services, to create conduciveness in Jakarta," he explained, Monday (12/9).

Polda Metro Jaya Chief, Gen. Pol. Karyoto explained today's event was expected to be a momentum to increase dedication in maintaining security and social order in the jurisdiction of Polda Metro Jaya.

"Of course, with high dedication and professionalism in facing various challenges, it makes us more complex and organized in creating a safe and conducive atmosphere in society," he explained.

He added the anniversary theme "Creating a Precise Police Force Towards a Golden Indonesia" is very relevant to the situation and challenges faced today.

It also shows the transformation process into a modern, professional institution oriented towards improving the quality of service to the community.

"Hopefully, this momentum can prompt police'a spirit and commitment to continuously improve and increase performance in running their duties and responsibilities. Then, continue to optimize synergy with all stakeholders, both government, society and other related agencies," he said.
