Using Fake Diploma, Civil Servants will Be Demoted

The rampant of fake diploma use seize the attention of City Administration. To find out its existence in employment documents, the government will be sweeping civil servants(PNS) administration. If they are proven using fake diploma  with the purpose of promotions, then they will be demoted.

If it aims to get promotions, they will just get demoted

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidajat disclosed, the issue about fake diploma  has been existed for a long time. Jakarta Employment Agency has instructed that the sweeping against administration documents of civil servants to be conducted immediately. If they are busted, they will be dealt.

"It's been a long time, many of them interested. In the city, the suspected one will be swept. If they are busted then they will be held responsible. How did they get that? If it aims to get promotions, they will just get demoted," said Djarot, at City Hall, Wednesday(5/27).

Djarot sees people who use fake diploma have various motives, ranging from title to promotions maniac. Even, often  the title they have only for show off. Therefore, He is wonder with well-known people who are interested using it.

"The funny is, many of well-known people are also interested buying such diploma in order to look dashing and it's printed on their name card. In fact, it's empty, it means their brain. It shows that, seeing someone is not only from the title, but the progress how they get it," he expressed.

The former Mayor of Blitar, asked police side to reveal university's names that allegedly issuing fake diploma. Thus it could be known if there is someone using diploma from the university. "I think it should be revealed thus people know and not to be tricked that the university is fake," he asserted.
