In the visit, they visited several archive rooms, such as visiting the Video Spectral Comparator (VSC) device to test the authenticity of the archives, Mit Folding Endurance as a tool to test the durability of archive coverage, Tear Tester Elemendorf as a tool to test paper tearing, seeing the process of physical strengthening of paper in archives using Japanese tissue, reviewing the archive administration service room, and watching a documentary video of the inauguration of Pasar Senen in the past.

"I assigned the Library and Archives Agency and Regional Cooperation Bureau to intensively make relations with ANRI and be ready to support the commemoration of National Archives Day which will spur our enthusiasm to better protect archives in Jakarta," he explained.
ANRI Acting Head, Imam Gunarto expressed his gratitude for the support of the Jakarta administration supported various national and international archive events in Jakarta.
"On the commemoration of National Archives Day, we hope not just to host but to collaborate in compiling an archival product on Jakarta's long journey as a whole to welcome the global city," he hoped.
He added ANRI was also ready to work together to launch a modern, digital and connected archives system in Jakarta which would become a pilot in other areas and was the first.
"This is appropriate because Jakarta is now ranked fourth nationally with a score of 93.11 points with an A grade for archiving," he stated.
