High Parking Rate will Be Applied in Kapuk Muara Flat

The North Jakarta Rental House Management Unit (UPRS) Regional I is planning to apply the high parking rate for car owners whose car parked at Kapuk Muara Flat. 

Besides controlling agreement letter of occupying the flat, starting next year, the high parking rate for car owners will be applied

It is following with the chaotic condition of the flat environment located at Jalan SMP 22, Kapuk Muara Urban Village, Penjaringan, North Jakarta. Considering the public space in the flat is getting limited due to the rampant of residents who park their cars.

Integrated Flats Project Intensified in Jakarta as Problem-Solving

Besides that, the other chaotic found is many flat occupants change their building design.

"Besides controlling agreement letter of occupying the flat, starting next year, the high parking rate for car owners will be applied," said Head of North Jakarta UPRS Regional I, Abdurahman Anwar, Monday (6/15). 

According to Anwar, the policy had been applied since 2013. The rule turns out be able to anticipate the chaotic that had been going in the flat located in Cilincing Sub-District, North Jakarta.

As known, the Kapuk Muara Flat that consists of 6 blocks was formerly intended to fire victims. But currently it is mostly occupied by new comers.
