Newcomers in E. Jakarta Facilitated with Orderly Population Administration

The East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-agency (Dukcapil) is about to facilitate newcomers to maintain order in population administration (Adminduk).

This is important, including its relation to efforts to improve the welfare of residents

East Jakarta Acting Mayor, Iin Mutmainnah said the door-to-door adminduk service was slated to be held in residential areas.

"We're not conducting annual raids, dubbed operation Yustisi but taking a humane approach to ensure they comply with adminduk," she expressed, Wednesday (4/9).

She explained data collection for newcomers would involve the RT/RW administrators. Hopefully, this data collection could prevent unwanted things.

"This is important, including its relation to efforts to improve the welfare of residents," she explained.

East Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-agency's Administration Sub-agency Head, Sutikno added the registration of new arrivals would be conducted soon.

"This is done to the residents, especially newcomers," he stated.
