At the event, Jakarta introduced its promotional tagline, "Jakarta NICE for MICE," reflecting the city's readiness to welcome its 500th anniversary.

The tagline is part of a communication strategy emphasizing Jakarta's professional, modern, and internationally standardized MICE services, aiming to create memorable experiences for the organizers and participants.

Andhika explained that Jakarta's consistent presence at IMEX Frankfurt highlights its commitment to becoming a top MICE destination.
He considered that Jakarta's presence in the event could strengthen its position as a dynamic and competitive MICE destination, attracting more international events and contributing positively to Indonesia's economic and tourism growth.
"Not only world-class facilties, but we also offer unique and unforgettable experiences, supported by Jakarta's rich culture and hospitality," he said.
Jakarta Parekraf Agency's Marketing and Attraction Division Head, Sherly Yuliana, noted that Jakarta has adequate infrastructure and capabilities to host various international events.
"IMEX is an effective platform to expand our global reach," she conveyed.
Meanwhile, Head of Overseas Tourism Marketing, Lucky Wulandari, added that the Jakarta Provincial Government expressed pride in introducing 'Jakarta NICE for MICE' to the global market.
"This tagline serves as an invitation for event organizers to experience Jakarta's spirit of innovation and professionalism firsthand, as well as to foster mutually beneficial partnerships," she explained.
For information, at the IMEX Frankfurt 2023, Jakarta occupied a 41.125 square-meter booth and recorded a potential transaction value of Rp49,335,000,000.
At IMEX Frankfurt 2024, Jakarta returned with a delegation consisting of government representatives, industry associations, MICE venues, Professional Conference Organizers (PCO), and accommodations. With a 21-square-meter booth and theme 'Jakarta it's so MICE', Jakarta successfully recorded 119 potential leads with a transaction value of Rp138,735,000,000.
At Jakarta Pavilion at IMEX Frankfurt 2025, various strengths of Jakarta's MICE ecosystem were promoted in collaboration with strategic partners such as Jakarta Convention Center, Indonesian Exhibition Companies Association (ASPERAPI), Indonesia Congress and Convention Association (INCCA), PT Aura Convex Event Manager, Panorama Destination, and various travel agents and event organizers.
On the first day of the exhibition, the Jakarta Pavilion was visited by the Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia in Frankfurt, Antonius Yudi Triantoro, who appreciated Jakarta's promotional efforts and emphasized the importance of strengthening business networks with the European market to boost the competitiveness of Indonesia's tourism and creative economy.
