"To give strict sanctions to drivers who violate the rules," he said, Tuesday (8/18).

He added that the heaviest sanction for drivers found to have violated the regulation is expulsion and a ban on further service as Mikrotrans drivers for any operator. The next important step taken by PT Transjakarta is implementing a refresher process.

"This is to provide gradual refreshment, so that all drivers are accustomed to serving customers well and according to SOP," he added.

According to him, the refreshment process begins with regular driver certificate renewals, accompanied by routine training. This program applies not only to Mikrotrans drivers but also to all Transjakarta drivers.

"The drivers are given a slot for training, given a schedule for training every year," he continued.

He stated that there's still much room for improvement in the JakLingko Mikrotrans service. He appreciated customer feedback and the numerous mikrotrans travel content created by netizens.

"If passengers experience any inconvenience while using Transjakarta services, they can contact the call center at 1500-102, or via Transjakarta's social media accounts," he stated.
