Metro Jaya Police appealed all residents who will conduct takbiran (a parade during which participants chant praises to Allah in vehicles around the city) to obey the rule.

Metro Jaya Police Head, Insp. Gen. Tito Karnavian revealed, his side will take firm action against violations that often happen in this parade such as traffic violations.
"Although they are conducting takbiran, we will curb all traffic offenders such as the citizens who do not wearing helmet. Moreover, if the citizen can't show their vehicle ownership documents (STNK), we will also seize their vehicle." told Tito, Thursday (7/9).
