BKD: All SKPD Heads Are Not Allowed to Take Leave

Jakarta Provincial Government implements leave retrieval system for Civil Servants (PNS) ahead of Idul Fitri 1436 Hijriah. Especially for Provincial Working Units in Jakarta Provincial Government are not allowed to take leave before Idul Fitri.

"All Provincial Working Unit Head are not allowed to take leave before Eid," told Jakarta Employment Agency (BKD) Head, Agus Suradika in City Hall, Monday (7/13).

He said, all leaders cannot take the rest of annual leave before and after leave together of Idul Fitri in sequence. Moreover, his side also limits the employee in each SKPD not to take leave more than 5 percent from total employee in the institution.

"Basically, there are only 5 of 100 people who allowed taking leave. The same thing also applies in BKD, only 10 of 290 people which allowed leaving. I also can't take leave to keep performance of all SKPD," he told.

Suradika explained, the employee should fill the leave application through administration in each agency. "We receive data recapitulation per three months. So we will now the data of all SKPD who will take the leave," he told.

Moreover, he added, his side had prepared sanction for all SKPD employee who violate the rule such as cutting performance allowance (TKD). “Besides give them verbal warning, we will also not give their TKD and report them as indiscipline," he said firmly.

He added, all SKPD employees are appealed to hold Ied prayer in City Hall together with Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat and City Secretary, Saefullah. "We ask all employees to take Eid Prayer in here and have social time together after it," he revealed.
