Ahok: Finance Ministry is The One Which Calculated NJOP of Sumber Waras

Jakarta Governor Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama stated the tax value of the properties (NJOP) of Sumber Waras Hospital was calculated by Finance Ministry. The value is certainly different with the residential behind the hospital located at Jalan Kyai Tapa, Grogol, West Jakarta.

"Well, who was the first one calculating of one group of the NJOP of the hospital ? it's the Finance Ministry," said Ahok, at City Hall, Wednesday (7/15).

The NJOP paid by the government, is equal with the value of the land that currently still settled by the hospital. As the government purchased a part of the hospital land. "Except for beside it, it is cheaper. There is zoning that all is red. It's indeed the NJOP of the hospital," he expressed.

Land Purchase Denied by BPK, Ahok Upsets

Ahok asserted if it is compared with NJOP behind the hospital, the value will be different. "If it is compared with the residential, it's surely different, as one kavling is divided into 2 part, eventually if want to construct, we will give the way, but BPK insists that it cannot be the same," he asserted.

As known, Based on BPK's finding of land purchase owned by Sumber Waras Hospital was considered too expensive. Thus it potentially dissever the state amounted to Rp 191 billion. Whereas the Jakarta Provincial Government purchased the land has been in accordance with NJOP that is amounted to Rp 20 million per meter.
