On First Day of Work, East Jakarta Mayor Inspected Employees

To ensure the attendance level of employee on first day of work after Eid holidays, East Jakarta Mayor Bambang Musyawardana held sudden inspection to some offices, Wednesday (7/22).
From some units inspected, there are no civil servants found absent
Bambang Musyawardana who was accompanied by East Jakarta Seko Administration Muhammad Anwar visited General and Law Sections in 3rd floor of Block A Building. After holding the inspection and greeting some of employees in the office, the mayor then went down using elevator and moved forward to City Arrangement Office in 2nd floor of Block B1 Building. Then he continued to Communications, Informatics, and Public Relations Sub-Departmentc office in the same building.
Afterwards the mayor went to PTSP office in lower ground floor of Block B Building. In there, the public service was still quiet considering there are still no citizens coming yet. However, from the inspection was generally known that there are no civil servants absent on the first day of work.
Apparatus Reform Minister Went on Sudden Inspection"From some units inspected, there are no civil servants found absent. They came on time. There are some of them not coming but their status is leave and sick," explained Bambang during the inspection.
Head of East Jakarta Employment Agency, Khoirurochim stated, the number of civil servants serving under mayor office is about 1,198 employees. But if it is combined with in urban villages, sub-districts, teachers, health centers, sub-department and office then it reaches 17,000 employees.
"So far the data of civil servants attend or absent is still inputed. Eventhough civil servants absent with finger print yet we also record it manually by visiting each office.
