Since being permanently sealed, Tebet Green Mall located at Jalan MT Haryono, Tebet Timur Urban Village, Tebet, South Jakarta, is guarded by 4 infantry companies soldiers of Army Strategic Reserves Command (Kostrad).

The mall is sealed again due to not in accordance with building worthiness certificate (SLF), as its designation is for public.
"They must have technical review related to electrical and air circulation," said Head of Building Control Division for Jakarta Spatial Planning Department, Bayu Aji, Thursday (7/23).
No Building Permit, Four-story Building DemolishedAccording to Aji, the 7,475 square-meter building which had been established since 2009 and operated since 2011, has been sealed for 4 times.
"It's been 4 times sealed. But this time it's sealed permanently. Previously the activities were still allowed, but now it will not be allowed anymore," he explained.
After being sealed, the building then guarded by hundreds of Kostrad soldiers fully armed.
The building was known under management of PT Wahana Cipta Sejahtera Sentosa (WCSS).
