"We were forced to use the quick response car because besides many hydrants broken, the water which is flowed from PAM is also not flowing," he explained.
Another way to anticipate fire, especially in densely populated area, he added, is the Environment Fire Security Systems (SKKL) that currently being designed with independent hydrants system.
"The system will be built in 32 locations," he explained.
Pardjoko continued, his party will also build container or 45-meter-cubic capacity water tank as water reservoir in each RW, supported by other facilities such as pump with minimal thrust of 500 GPM (Gallon per minute).
