Inspection Road will Be Built at Jalan Pembangunan II

Central Jakarta Mayor, Mangara Pardede, observed the Krukut Rivulet located at Jalan Pembangunan II, Petojo Utara Urban Village, Gambir, Central Jakarta, Wednesday afternoon (8/4). The location is planned to be built inspection road with 1.2 km length.

He told, the visit was for observing directly the location and readiness of the building owners to demolish their own building. 

"I want to look the latest condition and readiness of the citizens to demolish their own building," told Pardede in the location, Tuesday (8/4).

His party, he continued, had also held socialization to the owners since February ago, if sheet pile will be installed on the river and used as inspection or alternative road from Jalan KH Hasyim Ashari towards Jalan Zainul Arifin. 

"We give a time for the owners to demolish their building until August 24," he continued. 

The total buildings on the riverside is about 121 semi-permanent buildings and after being demolished the river will be dredged. 

"It's including on program of Jakarta Emergency Dredging Initiative (JEDI)," he closed.
