Three Fire Handling Officers Sacked

Two indiscipline officers of North Jakarta Sub-dept. of Fire Handling and Rescue were sacked from their position.

There was no positive result after the coaching. That's why we must sack them

Satriadi Gunawan, head of the agency, admitted that three officers were sacked, but one of them was not caused by indisciplinary.

The two officers were serving as Penjaringan Post team commander and Muara Baru Post C group team commander.

Fire Anticipation, Intensive Socialization Must Be Conducted

"Another one officer is Heru Tri Sutiyoso. He is sick. So he can not lead and work normally," said Satriadi, Wednesday (8/12).

Based on regulation, the two officers were already coached. "There was no positive result after the coaching. That's why we must sack them. It is hoped could be an example for other officers to work well," he added.

According to him, the other 450 personnel will be monitored tightly. No tolerance for those who break the rules.

"3-4 months evaluation will be applied for the two officers. If they get positive result, promotion is waiting," he stated.

Satradi continued that at the sane time, 11 personnel also got promotion, 4 have been mutated, 8 personnel were rotated, and 1 personnel was coached.
