Ahok: Kita 70 Tahun Ini Masih Berjuang

Ahok: At 70th, Indonesia Still Has to Work Hard

Jakarta Govenor, Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama assessed that at the age of 70th, Indonesia is supposed to already feel the success. However, it still needs to work hard.

If we liken it as somebody's age. They are supposed to be already wealthy

Ahok expressed, if the number determines someone's age, then at 70th Indonesia is supposed to already enjoy its hard work result. For instance Singapore, it already did it at the age of 50th.

"If we liken it as somebody's age. They are supposed to be already wealthy. As well as Singapore with the age of 50th, they have been very successful. While us, still need to work hard," he expressed, in Silang Monas, Central Jakarta, Friday (8/14).

Welcoming Independence Day, 51,706 New Trees will Be Planted

He also persuaded Indonesian to assist President Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo, thus at 80th Indonesia could enjoy its pension age. "So we have to assist Mr. Jokowi to serve for 10 years, then when Indonesia's at 80th, we could enjoy the pension," he persuaded.

Ahok hopes, the President could bring Indonesia to be better at 80. "Can you imagine at 70th still have to work paying debt. As a state, at 50th it is supposed not to. We hope with Mr.Jokowi's governance, at the age of 80th we would be burdened anymore," he hoped.
