PTSP Staffs Should Be Brave Refusing Bribe

Staffs of North Jakarta One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) should be brave refusing any bribe or gratification. Thus in enforcing rules, if there is citizens violating it the staff would not be burdened.

Don't let be lured, should be brave and firmly refusing it thus the result would be good and correct

"Don't let be lured, should be brave and firmly refusing it thus the result would be good and correct," said Regional Secretary of North Jakarta Administration, Junaedi, during meeting with PTSP representative staffs from urban villages and sub-districts in North Jakarta, Wednesday (8/19).

Junaedi claimed, certainly giving service for citizens is not easy. There are many challenges faced by the staffs when receiving files or explanation to applicants.

"Sometimes, even when we smile still considered wrong, let alone serving sullenly. But you have to keep spirit and trying to be friendly in doing the job," he exclaimed.

In future, Junaedi will give instruction to RT and RW caretakers thus could help informing the requirements required by their residents for processing licenses or certificates as procedure. Because, in accordance to the Gubernatorial Regulations No. 168/2014 on RT and RW Guidance, urban village heads have a right to stop RT and RW if they are caught violating the rules.

"It needs working improvement for PTSP staffs. Besides that, serve friendly and quickly as procedure," he asserted
