“The ornaments inside the house is really representing Betawian culture,” he expressed.
During celebration, he continued, there would also be sub-district houses with characteristic in each areas.
Even, a variety of Betawian culinary is also to be presented. They are kerak telor (omelette), bandeng pesmol, doger ice (a drink made from fresh coconut), roti buaya (crocodile-shaped bread), kembang goyang (crunchy flower-shaped cookies), geplak cake, as well as Betawi entertainment.
