The is effort taken as many street vendor keep being ignorant to trade on sidewalk and shoulder verge at night that caused congestion though controlling often conducted.

“We’ve warning them routinely. No one comply it, that’s why we use this strategy to drive them away,” said Eka Darmawan, Kramat Jati Sub-District Head, Thursday (8/27).

Darmawan stated, the street vendor had begged him to be allowed to back trading.

“I just ask them to restore its spatial area function, because they took road user rights,” he expressed.

Intensive monitoring will be carried out and his side will not hesitate to crack them down.

“I don’t wanna make any chaos by controlling them recklessly, but restore its spatial function. We just rely on the existing regulation,” he disclosed.
