Manager of Communication, Law, and Administration Division for PT PLN Persero Jakarta Raya and Tangerang Distribution, Koesdianto stated that his side did recovery since the Interbus Transformer (IBT) in Kembangan, West Jakarta, burnt on last Wednesday (9/2). 

Hopefully, electricity supply to blackout areas especially in Kembangan could run normal again as we have recovered it about 12.44 AM

The recovery, he said, used electricity load diversion to Sub-System of Balaraja-Lontar and Muara Karang-Gandul. It was conducted considering the load characteristic in Jakarta and Tangerang is different with other areas. 

"Electricity load of the two areas is higher at noon as there are many industrial and business activities. Hopefully, the recovery could make areas affected by backout run normally," he said, Thursday (9/3). 

Previously, fire incident occurred in Kembangan PLN's substation, West Jakarta, last Wednesday (9/3). It caused some areas in Jakarta and Tangerang blackout. 

"Hopefully, electricity supply to blackout areas especially in Kembangan could run normal again as we have recovered it about 12.44 AM," he closed.
