Central Jakarta Mayor, Mangara Pardede, will cast firm sanction for civil servants who do not attend in ceremony of Hari Kesaktian Pancasial (Sacred Pancasila Day) on Thursday (10/1). The sanction is by cutting Performance Allowance (TKD) up to 1 month.
