As many as 15 Infrastructures and Public Facilities Handling (PPSu) Officers of Bintaro Urban Village, South Jakarta, deployed to dredge mud and trash in channel along Jalan RC Veteran, RT 12/01.

Bintaro Urban Village Head, Sri Emi Fariza Kartini stated, as many as 150 sacks of sediment were dredged from the channel and temporarily placed on the roadside.

"We pile up those sacks temporarily, after all the dredging is done, then all of them will be transported using motor cart and disposed to empty land," she stated, Monday (10/05).

She added, the officers cleaned the channel using manual tools such as shovel, hoe, and chassis.

To ease the dredging, she continued, the officers will be divided into 2 working zones.

"Our officers have a trouble to demolish the inrit due to tightly closed, thus it's hard to be dredged," she closed.
