Jakarta Governor Basuki “Ahok” T. Purnama asked Jakarta Head Regional Financial and Asset Management (BPKAD) to investigate the findings of civil servants who have double jobs as freelancer (PHL).

"Where is the Inspectorate? Please, Mr. Heru (Head of Jakarta BPKAD), I find civil servants have double job as freelancer, check them,” said Ahok, when he led an executive meeting at City Hall, Monday (10/26).

He stated that those civil servants are from Park and Cemetery Department.

“ I’ve the data. They receive salary every month through Bank DKI, but I will check it soon ,” he expressed.

Former Regent of East Belitung asserted that he would demote them or even imprisoned.

“They have to be punished as deterrent effect. I don’t care what the situation is,” he asserted.
