Violating Permit, 115 Buildings in East Jakarta Demolished

As many as 115 out of 215 unlicensed buildings in East Jakarta are demolished during January until October 2015.

Besides that we will also hold judicial operation against the building owners

"The most buildings are from 3 sub-districts. They are Duren Sawit, 15 out of 25 buildings have been demolished For Cakung Sub-District are 10 out of 20 buildings demolished. Then Kramatjati Sub-District is 15 out of 25 buildings demolished," said Head of East Jakarta Spatial Planning Sub-Department, Samsul Iksan, Monday (10/26).

Violating IMB, A Four-Story Building Demolished

He told that his side will demolished all those violating buildings. Besides that, his side will also hold judicial operation.

"There have been 115 buildings demolished, besides that we will also hold judicial operation against the building owners. The session will be held on October 29 in court," he told.

Since a week ago, he continued, as many 20 buildings from each sub-district are going to be demolished. "Demolishment refers to Bylaw No. 7/2010 on Building, for the action refers to Gubernatorial Regulation No.128/2012 on Sanction against Violating Building," he asserted.
