City Administration keeps taking harsh action against flat’s illegal occupants. One of them is illegal occupants who are allegedly still staying in Marunda Flat, North Jakarta.

“ There are about dozens occupants in other blocks. We’ll process it as soon as possible ,” said Ika Lestari Adji, Head of Jakarta Public Housing and Government’s Building Department, Thursday (10/29).

Ika acknowledged that her side with joint officer has controlled 7 illegal occupants during raid that was conducted on last Wednesday (10/28). “We’ve instructed them to move out,” she expressed.

Those occupants confessed that they purchased the flat’s unit from previous occupant by Rp 7-10 million.

“We confiscated the purchase receipt. The origin flat occupant who proven sale flat’s unit will be processed to the court,” she asserted.
