Tax Arrears of Cilincing UPPD Decreased Rp 60 B

The amount of tax payable of Cilincing Sub-District's Tax Service Unit (UPPD), North Jakarta decreased  Rp 60 billion. Because hundreds of tax objects have been eliminated.

"The value of tax objects spread in urban villages in Cilincing is Rp 60 billion. We eliminated it so that it would not be registered next year," said Head of Cilincing Sub-District's UPPD, Muhammad Juhfa, Thursday (11/5).

According to him, the elimination was based on the department head No. 48/2015 on Data Updates of PBB-P2 Tax Objects. By so, tax arrears Rp 245 billion of this year in the tax service unit could be decreased.

937 Taxpayers in West Jakarta Still in Arrears

"We're recorded having many arrears. It. It makes our credibility not good. Hopefully next year, it's eliminated, so that the UPPD would have no more arrears," he hoped.

Those tax objects are eliminated because the objects are already not existed, discharged the government and PBB objects are double. "The discharged objects are for housing department, KBT, parks, cemeteries, and forestry," he explained.
