Residents are complaining about the lack of facilities in Pejagalan Community Health Center, Penjaringan, North Jakarta. The health center is not equipped with air conditioner or AC. Even the seats number is limited.

"Such condition makes patients feeling uncomfortable," complained Haholongan (31), one of the patients, Thursday (11/5).

Head of the Health Center, Maria Patricia admitted the lack of facilities in the health center she leads.

"It is worrying, the seats in patient waiting room are also made of wood. I admit it's uncomfortable to be seated . Frankly the treatment rooms are also not adequate," she disclosed .

She claimed has reported the matter to the sub-district side. They has promised to help completing the facilities needed.
