City Administration and Paint Company are cooperating to re-paint Monas’ fence area, Central Jakarta. The activity coincides with National Heroes Day that is celebrated annually on November 10.

The first painting was done symbolically by Jakarta Governor, Basuki “Ahok” T Purnama after he became an Inspector of National Heroes Day Ceremony at IRTI Monas, Tuesday (11/10).
“This painting is a good one from Norway. We got for free,” he said, while painting main gate on south side of Monas, Tuesday (11/10).
