As much as 1,142 motorcycles parked illegally were caught on tire valve removal operation (OCP) held by Central Jakarta Sub-dept. of Transportation at nine locations.

Henri Perez Sitorus, Head Central Jakarta sub-dept. of Transportation, said the operation was held around Kali Item, ITC Cempaka Mas, Jalan Thamrin, Grand Indonesia, Gajah Mada Plaza, Roxi, Tanah Abang Station, Palmerah Station, and Dukuh Atas Station.

"This operation will be held continually to give wary effect," he said, Wednesday (11/11).
The operation involved 200 joint personnel from the transportation agency, army, and police. About 75 public transports were also ticketed due to stop recklessly.
"We try to create better traffic order for Jakarta through this operation," he disclosed.
